Celine has a Graduate Certificate in Management, with 25 years in the management of her own businesses. In October 2007 she was recognized as a finalist & runner up in the Telstra Business Womans Business Owners Section, Tasmania, She has been listed in the “Whos Who of Australian Business Women since 2008. She is a board member for one of the largest RTOs in Tasmania. She has also been a mentor for the Australian Business Womens Network mentoring women from around Australia on starting up businesses. Together with her husband & partner they have three businesses. She is also the very proud mother of three children.

She has extensive experience as a business leader in the field of direct selling, motivator and personal coach.

She has coached individuals in relation to growing bigger direct selling and party plan businesses, as well as helping many business owners with their time management skills.

She is passionate, motivated, caring, easy to talk to, and honest. She believes in strong, focused priorities, personal fulfilment, the power of listening, the strength of relationships and the greatness in all of us. She is actively involved in the New Directions Community Church.

Who Is Celine Egan?

Celine Egan is a master of Self- Management, as the owner of two successful businesses, a board member of a registered training operator, the Director of Operations for DSWA, wife and mother of three she knows what it takes to self-manage.

Celine, wanting the flexibility to work around a young family, took the leap into the direct sales and network marketing industry with great vigor and has never looked back. Today with over 25 years experience behind her Celine now provides individuals and organizations with training, coaching and mentoring programs in direct sales, time-management, self management, goal-setting and office management.

Celine is a firm believer in on-going education and has studied under Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup for the Soul Author) in his Platinum Team with some of the most innovative training and business minds in the world today. Last year alone amongst her busy lifestyle, Celine travelled four times to the USA to meet up with Jack personally. Celine's customers can only benefit from the vast array of information she has at her fingertips from her commitment to ongoing education.

She is passionate about making sure that the people she works with walk away knowing that their time has been put to good use and they are armed with the skills, resources and tools to succeed in their chosen professions.

Celine's Direct Selling Success

Celine started her direct selling career in Ireland over 25 years ago. Firstly with Grace Cosmetics purely to build her self confidence. She soon realised that this was a fun way to earn some extra part time income along with her other job.

21 years ago Celine, together with her then fiance now husband, moved to Australia. As well as working in Merchant Banking she dabbled in Amway, Tupperware and Avon primarily as a way to meet new people and form networks outside of her regular job.

During this time Celine and Mick added two children to their family and Celine decided that working full time and trying to also be a mum was not the balanced life she was after so she became a Tupperware Manager. Celine qualified as a manager within 3 months and qualified for her company car 6 weeks later, all while looking after two children under two and holding down a full time job! Within a couple more months the full time job was given the flick and she never looked back. They then added a third child to the family and Celines business did not miss a beat.

Celine was consistently recognised within the Top managers around Australia and New Zealand, featuring in recognition at all national conferences she attended and achieving many manager incentive trips around Australia and overseas including Bali and USA. In 2000 Celine and Mick were offered a directorship within the Tupperware company and moved their family to Tasmania. Within 2 years that distributorship (Emerald Sales) had doubled in size from a turnover of $1.7m to $3.2m because of Celines persistence and ability to motivate and encourage the sales force.

Emerald Sales was the first distributorship ever within Australia and New Zealand to achieve the Summit Trophy which shows achievement in all areas of the business, sales, promoting & recruiting. To achieve the Summit Trophy a distributorship has to achieve all three challenges in growth every qtr for at least 4 qtrs in a row. Emerald Sales achieved this 6 qtrs in a row, also a new record. Emerald Sales took out every possible trophy in all areas of the business under Celines guidance including World Wide Recognition.

The company then asked Celine & Mick to move to Christchurch New Zealand to open up a Tupperware office to look after the South Island. During the 2 years that they ran that office Celine travelled the length and breath of the South Island recruiting and training new demonstrators and managers, so well that this ship was also recognised in the World Wide Recognition for growth.

In 2006 the family decided to move back to Tasmania as they had fallen in love with that island. Tupperware offered them the opportunity to again run the Tasmanian distributorship where they again have built the people and their successes. During the last 4 years Celine has also been building her coaching and training business and wants to expand that to help all people who are in the direct selling and network marketing business. To that end she has now sold her Tupperware business and is committed to seeing all people in all direct selling businesses gain from her experience and expertise.
