Celine Egan

Personal Development Coach - Speaker

Born in Dublin Ireland. Celine has lived in Dublin, Adelaide Australia, Christchurch New Zealand, and Launceston Tasmania. She has a Graduate Certificate in Management from the University of Tasmania, with 15 years in the management of her own wholesale distribution business. She is in the process of completing her formal training as a Life Coach (PCCP) from the International Coach Academy (www.icoachacademy.com). Celine is also studying NLP (Neural Linguistic Programming) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) which will further enhance the coaching experience for her clients.

Celine truly believes in the philosophy of life long learning. She has extensive experience as a business leader in the field of direct selling, motivator and personal coach. She is the director of a multi-million dollar wholesale business where she has had to deal with immense growth and the challenges associated with that. She has coached individuals in relation to growing bigger direct selling businesses.

Celine is passionate, motivated, caring, easy to talk to, and honest. She believes in strong, focused priorities, personal fulfillment, the power of listening, the strength of relationships and the greatness in all of us. Celine is married to her childhood sweetheart and they are blessed with three beautiful children. Celine specializes in Personal Development coaching.

Janis McKenna

 

Business Coach – Speaker

 

Janis started her career in Dublin, Ireland working in the International Department (Global Markets) of the Bank of Ireland, later she worked for the Bank of America.  In 1987 she emigrated to Australia with her husband Hugh and two sons Robert-Hugh and Trevor.  The family first settled in Eden NSW and developed and ran a business delivering goods and services to the commercial fishing industry.  Janis was responsible for the financial, marketing and strategic aspects of the business successfully procuring lucrative contracts in Saudi Arabia.  In 1990 the family re-located to Hobart where they continued selling services to the professional fishing industry throughout Australia.

 

Janis is currently the Chief Executive Officer of a not-for-profit organization in the Community Services sector.  She sits on the Mental Health Council of Tasmania and is a member of numerous steering committees within the sector.  She is part owner and director of the Nyaho Private Clinic in Accra  – one of the first private hospitals in Ghana founded by her father.

 

Janis holds a Master of Business Administration from UTAS and is currently completing a Master of Health and Human Service Management through Deakin University.  Janis is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Australian Human Resources Institute, The International Coaching Federation and Women Chief`s of Enterprise International.

 

With a strong background in financial, strategic and HR management combined with the experience of working in the banking, fishing and community services sectors organisational design and behaviour is a passion.  Janis believes her international experiences and ongoing commitment to professional development strengthens her capacity to translate her skill sets to working with clients to achieve goals; assist with decision making processes; harness un-recognised strengths and achieve work/life balance.

 

Family is a major priority in Janis` life.   Her eldest son Robert-Hugh holds a Bachelor of Business and is a senior manager with the Intercontinental Hotel Group.  Her youngest son Trevor has recently completed a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Laws and is working in one of the most prestigious family law firms in Sydney.  With her husband Hugh they are avid art collectors specifically Tasmanian and Indigenous works.  Janis loves ballet and qualified as a ballet teacher with the Royal Academy of Dancing and the International Dance Teachers Association in the 70`s.

 

Janis and Hugh will celebrate 30 years of marriage in September 2008.
